Battlecast Urgot is a legendary skin that was released on August 22, 2012, and can be purchased for 1350 RP. This skin takes Urgot's already intimidating presence to a whole new level, turning him into a hulking mechanical monstrosity. With its intricate details and menacing design, Battlecast Urgot is a must-have for any Urgot enthusiast.
The skin features a complete overhaul of Urgot's appearance, replacing his organic limbs with mechanical ones and covering his body in heavy armor plating. His signature chainsaw-like legs are replaced with powerful hydraulic pistons, and his torso is adorned with various mechanical components. The skin also includes new visual effects for his abilities, giving them a more mechanical and futuristic feel.
One of the standout features of Battlecast Urgot is his ultimate ability, 'Fear Beyond Death.' When activated, Urgot launches a massive harpoon at his target, pulling them towards him. With the Battlecast skin, this ability is enhanced with additional visual effects, making it even more satisfying to land on unsuspecting enemies.
Urgot, the champion behind the Battlecast skin, has an interesting backstory within the League of Legends universe. Once a Noxian headsman, Urgot was betrayed and left for dead by his own comrades. However, he was saved by the mad scientist Viktor, who transformed him into a half-machine abomination. Now, Urgot seeks revenge on those who wronged him, using his new mechanical body to wreak havoc on the battlefield.
In terms of gameplay, Urgot is a unique champion who excels in the top lane. His kit revolves around his ability to lock down enemies and deal sustained damage over time. With his passive ability, Echoing Flames, Urgot can continuously harass his opponents with his auto-attacks. His Q ability, Corrosive Charge, allows him to poke from a distance and reduce the enemy's armor, making them more vulnerable to his attacks.
Urgot's W ability, Purge, is where his true power lies. When activated, Urgot's auto-attacks become ranged and deal bonus damage. Additionally, he can lock onto an enemy champion, slowing them and rapidly firing a barrage of missiles. This ability is perfect for dueling and shredding through tanks and bruisers.
His E ability, Disdain, is a powerful crowd control tool that allows Urgot to dash forward, knocking up and stunning any enemies in his path. This ability is great for engaging or disengaging from fights, as well as setting up ganks for his team.
Finally, Urgot's ultimate ability, Fear Beyond Death, is a game-changer. When activated, Urgot suppresses an enemy champion, pulling them towards him and dealing massive damage. If the target's health is low enough, Urgot can execute them, instantly killing them and resetting the cooldown of the ability. This ultimate is perfect for picking off high-priority targets or turning the tide of team fights.
Urgot's unique playstyle and powerful abilities make him a force to be reckoned with in the top lane. While he may not be the most popular champion, those who master Urgot can dominate their opponents and carry their team to victory.
