Pantheon: The Artisan of War
Pantheon, also known as the Artisan of War, is a powerful champion in League of Legends. He is a melee fighter who excels in dealing burst damage and engaging in team fights. With his spear and shield, Pantheon is a formidable force on the battlefield, capable of taking down enemies with precision and skill.
Originally hailing from the war-torn nation of Targon, Pantheon is a warrior who fights for justice and honor. He is a member of the Rakkor, a tribe of fierce warriors who worship the sun and seek to protect their homeland from any threats. Pantheon embodies the ideals of his tribe, dedicating himself to the pursuit of victory and the defense of his people.
In the game, Pantheon's abilities reflect his warrior nature. His passive ability, Mortal Will, empowers his next basic attack after using an ability, allowing him to deal additional damage. His Q ability, Spear Shot, allows him to throw his spear at a target, dealing damage and applying a critical hit if the target is below a certain health threshold. His W ability, Aegis Assault, allows him to leap to a target and strike them with his shield, stunning them and blocking incoming damage. His E ability, Heartseeker Strike, unleashes a flurry of spear strikes in a cone, damaging all enemies in its path. Finally, his ultimate ability, Grand Starfall, allows him to leap into the air and crash down at a target location, damaging and slowing enemies in the area.
Pantheon's strengths lie in his ability to engage in fights and burst down enemies quickly. His combination of mobility, crowd control, and damage makes him a formidable threat in both solo and team fights. However, he is relatively squishy and lacks sustained damage, making him vulnerable to champions who can outlast his burst and wear him down over time.
Throughout his journey in League of Legends, Pantheon has undergone several changes and updates to his abilities and gameplay. These changes have aimed to balance his power and make him a more viable pick in the game's ever-evolving meta. As a result, Pantheon has remained a popular choice for players who enjoy a high-impact playstyle and the thrill of engaging in intense battles.

Lore:
Once an unwilling host to the Aspect of War, Atreus survived when the celestial power within him was slain, refusing to succumb to a blow that tore stars from the heavens. In time, he learned to embrace the power of his own mortality, and the stubborn resilience that goes along with it. Atreus now opposes the divine as Pantheon reborn, his unbreakable will fueling the fallen Aspect's weapons on the field of battle.
Ally tips:
Mortal Will activates after 5 spells or basic attacks - plan your way through fights to allow you to activate it more than once. Whittle the enemy down with Comet Spears before you jump in. If an enemy is going to get out of range of your Aegis Assault, you can recast the spell to immediately fire the shield slam.
Enemy tips:
Pantheon's Aegis Assault makes him invulnerable from the front. Get behind him or wait it out.Be careful near Pantheon if your health is low - a thrown Comet Spear executes low health enemies.Grand Starfall gives several seconds of warning before Pantheon arrives. Use this time to get out of the way or to form a plan to deal with him.
