Nidalee has captured the hearts of many players, and her popularity has led to the creation of various skins, including the enchanting 'Ocean Song Nidalee.'
The 'Ocean Song Nidalee' skin was released on June 25, 2014, and is available for purchase in the League of Legends in-game store for 1350 RP. This skin transforms Nidalee into a mystical mermaid, combining her feline grace with the beauty of the ocean. With its stunning visuals and unique animations, this skin offers players a fresh and captivating experience while playing as Nidalee.
When Nidalee dons the 'Ocean Song' skin, her appearance undergoes a complete transformation. Her usual tribal attire is replaced with a shimmering mermaid tail, adorned with intricate seashells and coral. Her hair flows like waves, and her eyes glow with an otherworldly blue hue. The attention to detail in this skin is truly remarkable, as every aspect of Nidalee's design reflects the theme of the ocean.
Not only does the 'Ocean Song Nidalee' skin change her appearance, but it also alters her abilities and animations. When she throws her javelin, it takes the form of a swirling water projectile, leaving a trail of bubbles in its wake. Her traps become aquatic plants, and her cougar form is replaced by a majestic sea lion. These changes not only enhance the visual appeal of the skin but also add a touch of magic to Nidalee's gameplay.
Now, let's delve into the story of Nidalee and explore her strengths, weaknesses, and her place in the game. Nidalee is a champion who excels at both ranged and melee combat, making her a versatile pick for players who enjoy adapting to different situations. Her passive ability, Prowl, allows her to move through brush more quickly, giving her an advantage in jungle skirmishes and surprise attacks.
Nidalee's Q ability, Javelin Toss/Takedown, is her signature move. In human form, she hurls a javelin at her enemies, dealing massive damage to the first target hit. If the target is already marked by Nidalee's other abilities, the damage is amplified. When Nidalee transforms into her cougar form, Takedown becomes available, allowing her to pounce on her prey and deal devastating damage based on the target's missing health.
Her W ability, Bushwhack/Pounce, allows Nidalee to set traps and pounce on unsuspecting enemies. In human form, she places a trap that reveals and damages enemies who trigger it. In cougar form, Pounce allows her to leap forward, closing the gap between her and her target or escaping from dangerous situations.
Nidalee's E ability, Primal Surge/Swipe, grants her healing and damage-dealing capabilities. In human form, Primal Surge heals an ally and grants them bonus attack speed for a short duration. In cougar form, Swipe deals damage to enemies in a cone in front of her, making it an effective tool for clearing minion waves or engaging in team fights.
Finally, Nidalee's ultimate ability, Aspect of the Cougar, allows her to transform into a cougar, gaining access to her cougar abilities and increased movement speed. This ultimate ability is what sets Nidalee apart from other champions, as it grants her unparalleled mobility and the ability to swiftly switch between ranged and melee combat.
In the world of League of Legends, Nidalee is a champion who thrives in the jungle. Her ability to swiftly move through the brush and her long-range spear throws make her a formidable opponent in the early stages of the game. She excels at poking enemies from a distance and setting up kills for her team. However, Nidalee's strength lies in her ability to adapt to different situations. Whether she is split-pushing in a side lane or participating in team fights, Nidalee's versatility allows her to make impactful plays throughout the game.
As a champion, Nidalee has had a rich history in League of Legends. She was released on December 17, 2009, and has undergone several changes and updates over the years to maintain balance and ensure an enjoyable gameplay experience. Nidalee has been a popular pick in both professional and casual play, with her unique playstyle and high skill ceiling attracting dedicated players who seek to master her abilities.

Use brush to your advantage! Moving in and out of brush can heavily alter your effectiveness in battle. Start team fights by harassing with your Javelin Toss, and then switch to cougar form to chase down Hunted targets. Bushwhack traps deal damage based on their victim's current Health. Set them up in your team's backline before fights break out during sieges to help your team deal damage to the enemy frontline.

Nidalee's Hunt debuff is only applied with Javelin Toss and Bushwhack. Avoiding being hit by these abilities will impair her ability to deal follow-up damage.Nidalee's Javelin Toss deals more damage the farther she is. If she is far away, it's imperative to dodge it.Nidalee's Takedown deals extreme damage to Hunted targets, but she has to get close to use it.
